Sometimes in life you meet people, and you get this feeling that they don't belong to this materialistic, selfish world. And I am blessed to work with one of those. That's one of my colleagues Ranjeet! I was dumbstruck to know that such people exist! He might read it someday or may be not, but he is definitely god sent angel. I mean I have no words when I see his simplicity which is coupled with High thinking. It's so mesmerizing. I mean this person would stand up for every wrong and would give you all heads up. Often his arguments would be supported with examples which are really heartfelt. Like today he wanted to emphasize on the fact that how accuracy of feedback is important for training & the OJT of our employees. All he said was- "I see a beggar on road I would give him 1 Rupees. it should not affect me how he spends it? The accuracy has to be maintained- it need not be spiced up nor it should be mellowed down."
I look forward to come to work only because of him and Upasana! I am not sure if they'd read it or not. but what the heck...Guys we are an awesome team in the first place! Looking forward to have an enhanced learning environment. TEAM MEMBER SALUTE :) May be a Golden Pin someday!!!!!
