
The weekend has started with on going nagging of my parents ....Priya Why don't ya go for a walk! It's healthy and me stuffing my ears with cotton and sleeping till late! yeah I have been struggling on many aspects in my life currently. But my being over-weight is quite visible! LOL (always is)
We keep blaming stress and promoting unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking for busting stress or eating nah I guess hogging suits it better.Life is very uncertain: you need to introspect yourself every now then and be with positive people! I have been delaying it forever now but have been reading and getting some sense into my little brain!

Here's to all the people who want to or have been dying to loose those extra kilos :
